Its the measurement of the strap width. The lung width is 24mm and so are the strap holes throughout the tail. Which means that the strap is a uniform straight cut through out. And the buckle use is 24mm.
If the measurement is 24/22, it means that the strap is tapered from 24mm at the lung to 22mm from the strap holes throughout the tail and you will need a 22mm buckle for this strap.
In short, if you see a-
24/24 means, its to fit a 24mm lungs and uses a 24mm buckle.
24/22 means, its to fit a 24mm lungs and uses a 22mm buckle.
And if you see something like 115/75, that's the length of the strap. 115mm at the tail side with the strap holes and 75mm at the buckle side.

Many reasons why most don't wear the oem strap and prefer aftermarket instead. Its all Internet influences.
Don't rush into changing straps cause you won't be able to stop the addiction.
Looking forward to couple more pics when the Zero has been "officially" baptized with new sets of straps.
