Am looking at the above piece and was wondering if it is possible to get it (in terms of availability) from distributors like THG or Sincere...or is grey market the only realistic way to purchase?

Yes, both AD carry Pam. But the discount will not be great as compared to grey dealers unless you know the SE well.
