Went to ION on Saturday and Christine told me about this! Its the 359 with white dial. This is something I have been hoping for! Liked the 113 and 114 but they are in Luminor cases. Prefer 1950 case. Think I will get this to accompany the 441

        Well, its something different!

You have an "all black" watch and now you are looking at an "all white" watch. Nice contrasting collection!

          Ya man...

          White dial
          Arabic numerals
          1950 case
          In-house movement

The 499 ticks all the boxes! Wife thinks I should get a "classis" model though. Oh well, maybe for the 3rd one

As long as you like it, then go for it!

And get a "classic" model as your 3rd watch. Problem solved!

Never really a fan of white dial. And to me, the only nice white dial watch is Rolex Explorer II...

However, this is exceptionally well executed...I think the 1950 case makes a lot of difference...

                And Christine is top notch...
