  • Seeking for advice

I've a Pam 392 and I wear it for weekend only. Usually I'll just shake the watch to make the it moves cos I was lazy to rewind it.

But when I tried to rewind the watch manually when it has stopped, it doesn't make the watch move! I've to shake it a few times then it will move.

I notice that I only need to shake the watch about 3 times for it to move if I've manually rewinds it. If without manually rewinding the watch, I need to shake the watch about 20 times to make it moves. I expect it to work like my Rolex which I just hv to give it a few turns and the watch will just move without the need to shake it.

Is this normal? Appreciate if anyone could give me some advise, tks in advance.

Btw, my watch is still under warranty

its normal. Both my automatic PAM also need to shake to "wake" up if I left it for quite sometimes.

Same here. Especially if I "forgot" about wearing the Pam for a week or longer.

Don't mean to make TS not able to eat and sleep but really? After manually wound still have to shake in order for the watch to move is considered normal for this particular PAM movement??

I don't have an automatic PAM but that sounds abnormal to me unless it is actually not manually-windable...

My PAMs will move after manual winding without having to shake them.

Yes I need to wind like 30 - 40 turns before it moves..

But this is normal. It's been like that since day one... For your info, my M series 351 is about 3 plus yrs old liao... No prob.

why not let your pam run non stop for a week or maybe a month. If you not wear evereday just wind about 50 round, wind every two days.

Ehh...The objective is to conclude that my watch is working at its normal behavior and is functioning the way it shld be.

Having it running non stop won't derive the conclusion I need...

The objective is, take advice give it a try..

Week's end watches sometimes with small running issues, like accuracy, or not running in order. not like daily watches, this not only happened to watches, happen to many more thing.
