Issues with Pam 351?

Eta movement need avoid 9-3 oclock chg date i know,how could be p9000 avoid chg date at d 3-9oclock because when u need chg d date ,must use d hour hand going around!!
D sales person OP i think he work at konikuniya isit??

Not only p9000. The new Rolex model even Tudor no more longer having this issue.
