    I agree with you regarding this bro...BUT with only 1000pcs, chances are the only way to score one is through the grey dealers and resellers which by then will no longer be one at the retail price.

    Read somewhere that it has already hit the secondary market and the seller is asking $15,000 USD for it. Additional $4,900 as a premium...that's a lot of coins...

      Depends on which boutique you try. SG or HK will be out of our reach. Unless u r VVIP

      US boutiques still a higher chance to get.

      Normally the 1st few pieces are always higher, the demand of panerai is no longer as strong as previous years.

      Will see the price drop.

                    All the 1940 Radiomir has screw down crown (don't confuse it with Luminors which have crown guard and lever where the crown pop out and in, secured by the crown guard lever).

                    What I was referring to was the manual winding 1940 Radiomir (512/514) where the crown is a screw down crown. Which means you will need to unscrew it to wind up the watch and once you are done, you screw the crown back in...and this you have to do every 3 days...

                    So with the introduction of this automatic 1940 Radiomir 572...eliminates the need of unscrewing and screwing the crown...cause it doesn't need to be manually wind as its an automatic...unless of course you need to adjust the time or power it up after being unworn for days...

                      Collected my 233 yesterday for time regulations and water resistant tested, got free replaced back gasket. Thanks staff at ion boutique, very helpful, the welcome ambassador Broz always greets me well.


                      Tested 572 yesterday at ion, 45mm 1940 classic looks, outstanding new improvements movement technology. Yes this is surely something to look forward for my next pam

                        Oh ok... I see what you mean now. Yeah it helps having an auto if you wear it regularly. That said I've had a regular Radiomir before, the large onion crown is pretty easy to use. It was a 8D manual, but I still wound it everyday for kicks. LOL.
