Hi all... 1st of all, happy Chinese New Year to all.
Just gotten my 1st Pam before the CNY, the Pam 423.
Would like to find out from the seniors here what are the steps to taking good care
of my new baby, as this is my 1st.
And would you consider it as a good or just an ok buy for a newbie?
(though kinda late to change anything now... lol....)
Thanx in advance.

Congrats on the capture. Any PAM is good as long as it sings to youand 423 is definitely a nice first PAM. My only advice...time to shop for straps!!! oh..and to baby your first PAM, use scotch tape when changing straps!Originally posted by dan17 View PostHi all... 1st of all, happy Chinese New Year to all.

When changing strap, to prevent scratch on the lug area, you need to cut a section of the tape and stick it to the lug area where the screws are. Then gently use the screwdriver to pierce the area where the screw is and slowly unscrew. Repeat when you want to screw back.Originally posted by dan17 View PostTks for the welcome welcome... er... care to elaborate how u use scotch tape when changing straps?
