Pam servicing under warranty

Hi guys,

My Pam warranty is expiring and i like to send in for servicing before warranty expires. Will claim timing is a bit off as the reason.

1. Does the service centre at king centre charge anything eg. Handling fee, service fee etc, or totally no cost for the servicing?

2. Will the Pam warranty be extended after the servicing?

if i am not mistaken,

1. If the watch is perfectly fine and timing is not off, they won't change anything. However, if they do find any fault in the watch that warranty do cover, there shouldn't be any handling fee.

2. If parts are change under warranty, they won't extend the warranty since you didn't pay to repair/replace any parts

actually i won't want the watch to be opened unnecessarily unless something is not ticking. just don't like having watch handled by others too much lol

Yeah, exactly. A mechanical watch has many complicated parts, so I really prefer to leave it intact unless there's a need to get it serviced.

When it stops ticking? If it's a cosc certified model, then probably when the watch is our of the cosc standards?
