buy diamond paste - i know someone who used it on 2 dinks on his seamaster and was like new after that.
just don't accidentally rub any other parts of the watch with it whilst doing DIY

Importantly, when you run your fingernails (applying pressure) over the 2 spots, can you feel the indentations? If so, it means the sapphire crystal has suffered tiny chips. If that's the case, no amount of diamond polish can do the job and your only salvage is to have the crystal changed. However, if not, then diamond paste can probably help you restore it back to being spotless, get the fine grade diamond paste on Ebay. After about 10 mins of rubbing it down with bull-strength, hurting your your thumb and fingers like hell, u can probably get it off.
