Ouch man... 2 ways to look at it:

Bright side: Diamond is real + now your watch has "character"

Not-so bright side: irritates the hell out of you + no longer "perfect" watch

It is just like your first dings on your car. Initially, everytime you look at it, it is "WTF". But as you know, after a while, the "pain" dulls...

321 should be 44mm.

Depends on buckle size. 321 buckle should be 24mm. So unless ur 24/22 strap comes with a buckle, otherwise u got to separately get a 22mm buckle.
