You can use Google Translate to translate the text to English.

You can email Jose and request for a quote and you can pay through Paypal. Some guys here, have ordered from him so I think he's legit. But if anything happens, there are resolutions available through Paypal and/or your credit card.

Contact Jose through emails, he understands and reply in English.
I have bought 5 to 6 straps from him and he is a great guy with awesome workmanship on his straps.

Payment through Paypal is very straight forward.
