how to mantain Omega red box?

Mine came with wooden box instead of the usual red one. I bought the watch secondhand so maybe the previous owner purchased the box separately to pair with the watch. But anyway the wooden box will last longer than the leather (lookalike?) red box.

just to share my personal experience as mine is put in sealer's bag and then left it untouched in a dry box ... box is still in good condition after ten years and counting ...

Same. Get some big ziploc bags and put the box inside to keep the humidity out. If u really want to perverse the box to the extreme, put a silica pack inside and apply some mild leather care product before sealing the ziploc will be even better.
