they will decide if they want to take in your watch.

Why not just do a service at the same time if we want to proof the watch authentic.
The fact that if you need to check for the watch authentic, it mean hat you do not know it condition or service history.

By bring to wheellock for service , you will know whether is it authentic if they accept the servicing like what bro beetlebum

that's strange. i called swatch at wheelock about a month back and ask if they provide authentication service and the lady who answered replied they do.

It's not difficult to authenticate yourself. Just buy a loupe. Also, I have verified many times at Wheelock and no problem. If you want to open up the case then you have to pay $15 bucks.

For Vintage, it depends how vintage, I had one '68 321 sent for servicing in Bienne via Wheelock. Printed instructions and the watchmaker from EU emailed and asked questions before proceeding. A great service and watch returned with old parts kept, and all NOS as what I have requested.

Does anyone know if I bring my Omega in for a service how much it would typically cost? I have the 2221.80 or quartz smp. What is there to service for a quartz apart from the casing O ring and crown O ring? Will they change the bezel for me if i buy it from Ofri or cousinsUK? I suppose this is like asking if lexus will change my brake pads if i bring new pads to them.. Lol

Just for your information....Swatch does watch verification and best of all ...it's free. Why I know? Cos I send down personally with a buyer only recently. I had done it many times but as for servicing ....best is u go to a reputable watchmaker than swatch cos they really charges premium

Swatch Singapore Does Authentication! Did it recently. And if you want to service it just pass it to any omega boutique no need to line up at the swatch service centre
