1.8k Hmmmm i saw a Speedmaster Professional at about 1.8k, seems like a good buy also. But then now about 200 more for the the sapphire crystal and date i think ok lor , thats the triple day date.

I have been lurking in the forum for some time liao, very hard to lun 1 leh

most importantly is u like it, condition of watch wise I can't tell.

If I choose, i will choose the 2nd watch as its sapphire crystal(no scratches) and also self-winding.

no intention to sell the speedmaster which look very much like a dress watch. Was looking for Seamaster all the while becos of the sporty look but now, I start to like Speedmaster. No regret over the buy. Guess a servicing will make it a better watch.

Actually Omega's resale value is not really so good. Only selected sports model like Speedmaster and Seamaster commands some value. Others like De Ville, Constellation, etc all quite jia lat one... Bring one down to a dealer and you will know what I mean...

jw and visiotime can also do the job of verification equally well. as for replacement of parts, wheelock's the place to go but the waiting time is a b*tch.
