I can't answer you but do you know if the service centre here in Spore do replacement of the bezel insert for Omega Seamaster mid-size? I have a 9-year old Seamaster which bezel is in silver stainless steel. Thought of replacing it with a blue one to spruce it up to current models. Haha.

From what i know, they only replace the entire bezel and not just the insert. They also don't "modify" their watches like what you described, so you may have to go to an independent watchmaker who knows how to get the job done.
