Advice needed: Omega Seamaster not moving.

Hi

Some advice needed. My Seamaster used to be working fine till yesterday where it stopped moving. I tried to shake it but the sec hand would move briefly before it stopped moving again.
Not sure what is the issue here. Anyone experienced this before and able to provide some advice here?

Did you just say shake? you should wind it
