Hi guys,
Is it true that for Omega repairs, you need to wait for 2-3 wks and after 2-3 wks later if they never call you, then you have to wait for 2-3 mths due to parts to be shipped (major problem) and they will not call you to inform you tat.
I find this way of service is very weird.
