I think you can call the Swatch Group (brand distributor) and ask for the retail price. As for where is the best place to get it, you may want to do a search in the forum on the relevant retail oulets/companies.

Thanks... Heard that in Singapore the discount that AD is able to give is highly controlled... Anyone have any idea what is the usual range?

Yes you are correct. Few ADs I recently visited told me it is now 8% discount, if not 10% at max.
