Yes. The lug size should be same as other Seamaster, which is 20mm.
FYI, Butterfly clasp will cost much more than tang buckle.

I went to the omega shop in RWS today and was quoted $510 for the strap and butterfly clasp.
Any lobangs to minimize the damage?

I dun think you can get discount from AD or Omega for accessories. Can try tang buckle instead for cheaper alternative. If u die die wan to get butterfly clasp and at minimum damage, may be u can try source for an used one online.
