Just heard from my frd that he saw the Speedmaster meteorite at ION orchard boutique this afternoon at the shop's window display..

Guess how much??

Tried the watch on my wrist at Sands' boutique.

I have to admit that the dial does look good!! From a distance can see alreadi...semi-panda due to the contrast btw face & sub-dials.

but price

The boutiques were really unwilling to give any discount.

Only exception is when I was at the airport's Omega boutique, where price is <$11k due to 7% gst.

They were closed for renovation and it is completed, and now opened. When I first saw it on display last weekend at the RC outlet, I thought they had displayed a 'shattered' (or broken) glass piece? I think the reflection from the meteorite dial against the glass of the watch, made the glass looked shattered..
