I think it is not worth it at S$5K or more.
I'm willing to part with my hard earn $$ if it is around < S$3K. Else, get other brands.

I think 3573 comes with both sapphire crystal front and back so you can admire the calibre 1861. For 3570, it is hesalite crystal and steel back aka original moon watch.

Nice watch at 42mm + manual winding + lemania based calibre. I will start to dream about this

I'm also thinking of getting either one of this 2 model 3570.50 or 3573.50
any opinion which one more worth it?

Well if you are a careful fella then you can go with 3570 that comes with Hesalite crystal that is not totally scratch proof but come at a cheaper price (retail should be S$4900 now).

But if you are a sucker for movement admiration, then go for the 3573 with both sapphire crystal front and back. But this piece should be retailing at S$6050 if i am not wrong.

As much as hesalite easily scratched, its scratches can be easily polish off using. I read from other forums that you can use toothpaste whereas u can't do tat with sapphire crytstal.

Buying a Rolex, Omega, Sinn or any brand is a matter one's preference. From what I see Rolex and Panerai have the best 2nd hand value. This is because Rolex put a lot of resources on marketing and branding. Image Ah Bengs may not know what Patek is but knows "Roleck" is an "expensive" watch though he may not know the various models or the calibre behind each Rolex watch. Then again, I myself find it boring if my watch collection only consists 1 single brand.

I own 3570.5000 for quite some time and collected few light scratches on the hesalite crystal, which do not bother me as they can easily be polished out. For deep scratches, I think it's difficult to be poloshed, but you could always replace it with new crystal if the deep scratches bother you.

Whichever you choose, you can't go wrong. It's a very versatile watch, fits for casual as well as dress watch with suit
