You can go to the AD at Raffles City, they will do it for free. If you're going Wheelock, pls bring ur warranty card.

if you're talking about just adding/removing of links, i got my omega sm resized at THGlass in millenia. just walked in and asked if they could do it for me, even though i didn't have warranty card or box. I didn't even purchase it from them, and they did it free, and the guy told me to come again if it didnt fit well..
