Repair fee of Chrono for Speedmaster Auto

Hi all,

I joined this forum for some desperate advise.

My bro brought a pre-owned Speedmaster 2 days ago from a shop.
The chrono function was working well during the point of sales, but it stopped working the next day!

He will try check with the shop again tomorrow, but chances are slim that it will be fruitful cause the watch already left the shop, and don't think they would wanna be responsible for malfunction.

Any advise from fellow seniors in here on what could be done ?
Also, what will the repair fee be like if need to get the chrono fixed.

sorry about the watch. Repair for omega chrono mostly starts from $500 depending on the damage.

Revert back to shop first and see how it goes. If time frame is short as described, I hope the shop is responsible enough to respond positively.

Some shop give 2 years warranty when you purchased from them. You need to ask them before you got it. I think the repair will cost $200. I will will recommend you if you care.
