    Hey peeps! And especially my sifu illu84,

    Can you guys advise which are the sought Deimos and collectibles with a cult following?
    I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!

    I would say vintage seiko divers like the 1st diver 6217......the bigger 6105........the ever popular 6309.........

          here's a few i can think of:
          tried and tested SKX007 or other variants i.e. SKX009, SKX011
          orange/black monster
          tuna
          mm300

          vintage collectibles:
          6105-8110
          6309-7040
          6138-0040 (bullhead)

          list goes on...

              The only Seiko I hope to collect is a GS 3180, the first Grand Seiko but these are very hard to come by in good conditions.

                  The word "collectible" is subjective. Almost every watch that is discon becomes collectible, according to the preowned watch dealers.

                  Likewise the word "collector" has been abused. Many self proclaimed collectors buy and sell watches like nobody business. Watch lovers they are, collectors I doubt.

                  For this thread, "sought after" is used in the title so maybe we should stick to that?

                        Precisely why I chose sought after rather than collectible. But unfortunately the difference between these two is a very fine line. But yes, you are spot on in interpreting my subject header and intention.
