++++ what shop to do seiko mod work? +++++

I called JWwatch as per recommendation by somebody but apparently they only deal with higher end brands such as panerai and won't do work on a seiko (brushing etc.)

Im actually wondering if anybody knows a shop to recommend which can do stuff like brushing a polished finish, changing out the crystal or changing out the bezel.
