I had a couple. Just like most watch brands, they are reliable, nice and inexpensive. No major, negative issue I know of. -
when you tried orient star, the basic orients are bit iffy but bang for buck try the bambino.

The one that i have has been constantly slow and now it is slow by 18 seconds per day.
I don't expect it to be so bad that it is probably fit for the garbage bin.
And it is a Made in Japan model.
To make things worse, i bought the watch from a parallel import shop and their after sales service is quite poor.It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.
