Old Seiko Watch Tuna

I have a 14 years old Seiko watch. The Seiko service centre (thong sia) is unable to complete an overhaul of the movement due to discontinued of parts. Is there anyone else in Singapore that can do it?

Second K2. Mr. Goh re-threaded the crown of a 15-year old Eterna I had when at least 5 other shops I went to couldn't. IMO it is the best service shop in SG not just for Seiko, but also for other watches. He knows his stuff.
