I am intending to purchase my first high-end watch, a JLC MUT Moon 39. Will greatly appreciate if you guys can give me suggestions on where I should purchase my watch to get a better discount.

Also, I understand that JLC basic discount is 15%. How much more % could I bargain for if I intend to pay by cash?

I bought mine back a year back. The RRP was S$13,900 then... Asked around and the discounts varied from 10-20% (most are 15%).
