just quick check with you guys that are more familiar with the above-mentioned model.
my wife bought this watch a bout a year ago. one side's got a black face while the other's white. both sides tell the same time. when we first got the watch,there was no difference in the time on both faces. however, recently, we noticed that there is a 2-minute difference.
we btought it back to richemont and was told that there is a tolerance of +/- 3 minutes for this particular model. I checked with a few sales persons from cortina and sincere, I was told this was not supposed to be the case.
I even went to the JLC shop at MBS to ask one of the sales guys. He told me the same thing - no difference in the time on both faces. he called me a few hours later to tell me he was wrog and acording to the shop manager, whom i spoke with the following day, this is normal and richmont told him the tolerance is 5 minutes.
has anyone encountered this?
