better bring your watch down to THG and ask them to check.

Ya, will send it in this coming week. Contacted THG, they will access the watch first, last alternatiive will be sending back to factory, which I hope not.
Did a google check, if auto watch runs slow, could mean not enough conserve power. Since day one till now, I never manual wind the watch at all, it's completely depending on hand movements. Of cos at times, I dun get to wear it a few days, so have to adjust the time, date then shake shake a bit before start wearing it again.
I was so stupid that the watch have quickset date, such that I went to adjust hour and minutes dunno at least 20 over days before coming to the desire date! This will not spoil the movement right?
I have just placed an order for Seiko Tuna 300m, guess this will come to handy when U1 is away...

it is best not to adjust date when between 10 to 2
