Thanks all for your advice! I still have not make up my mind on this (fickle minded).. Will need to do some research on my end

My thoughts if you intend to use the dive watch for diving. Why don't you consider using a dive computer (e.g. Suunto) as a dive watch instead?

I am suggesting this because :
(i) over and above a dive watch, you still need to have a dive computer; and
(ii) as a diver, I am sure you are aware that watches are more likely to get deep scratches, dings, etc. in an underwater environment.

Please disregard my comment if you don't intend to take the watch underwater.

omega for me... but with 3k... I would open myself to used watches...
