Bell & Ross servicing requirements

Hi guys and gals,
Newbie hoping for some help.
Bought a 2nd hand B&R here, it's under warranty with a local AD.
Warranty card is stamped and named (the first owner).

Is the warranty transferable and do they do servicing and polishing FOC during warranty period?

Name on warranty card don't matter as I know.

Servicing for faults FOC under warranty. Sent one to FJ Benjamin before.

Full regular servicing don't think FOC. And it's only required after warranty period.
