Someone was selling a preowned piece here but that was like a few months ago. He was asking for S$3000 plus or so. A new piece should cost around S$4000, maybe? You could try Sincerre at Vivo, think they give pretty good discount. If you need the contact, just PM me; however I am not related to him nor I get a kickback. Good luck.

Saw this model at Swiss Watch Gallery and like the simple design also. Interestingly the sales person told me that this model's movement is in-house and not ETA. Any experts here can confirm this?

One gives a more sporty look, another a dressy look. Depends on what you are looking for....

I'm not sure if you are asking about the older/newer model because the pic shows the older one? I happened to pay a brief visit to an AD today and learnt that the retail price for the new model in stainless steel (SS) is $5,800. The older model should cost lesser slightly, I guess. I also saw that the rose-gold version is retailed at $15,000. That AD did not have the plain, SS model though. As for discount, I better not say because it's disheartening.

I thought so too, was quite skeptical when she said it's in-house movement. Actually does it matter if it's modified ETA or in-house? I'm considering getting 3565 but need some valuable advice here as first time buying such expensive timepiece. Thanks.

It doesn't really matter as long as you are not into collecting watch movements. If you are buying to use/wear it and you like and can afford it, just go ahead. Why bother? If it is purely 'in-house', it is not going to be just at this current price anyway. Will you still buy it if it's going to cost you say, like $9K-$10K, because it houses an in-house movement and everything you see now remains the same?
