Recommend a watchmaker for a cheapo Swiss quartz

Hi all

Can you intro me to a suitable watchmaker to fix my elcheapo Swiss quartz? Some hands issue to fix.

Went to JW and TopHour, both refuse to fix. Suspect my watch too cheap they dont want to entertain. Very embarrassing. Haha.

Don't think they refuse to fix because your watch is too cheap. Could be due to parts availabilty or they simply not equipped to repair your type of watch. Did they not tell you the reason?

Why not try the local service agent? Or no longer exist?

Local service agent don't honour the warranty because its an online purchase. But the card states international warranty.

I thought I'd rather go to a watchmaker instead after their rubbish explanation.

Anyway please keep the suggestions flowing.
