      Regardless of what the customer had written or said, the response from the business is totally unacceptable by any standards. Nobody owes you a living and if you can't figure out the simple fact that you have a job to go to every single day because of these customers, you don't deserve to be in the business. Period. All it takes is another cycle of market crash and we will see who will be crying. I have been hearing horror tales of bad AP services from a few countries. I hope this is the beginning of the end for them. Either they wake up and find better business representatives or pack up. I don't give a damn how good their watches are. Their livelihood depends on us. That's a fact.

          I was at AP service centre last Friday, helping my sister to replace battery for her watch. Good time to test their services, must say that the service and attention I received are excellence!!
