APBands~*very Disappointing & Rude Service*~

This response you got was for real?!?
even though you did make your displeasure quite obvious, the response it elicited is waaaay out of line. Someone here in the previous post still called this APBand strapmaker "atas"? Think not, you would never get this sort of response from a high-end luxury purveyor even to the rudest of customers.
APBands can't be that great in that case - sorry, to say but i think they've just ruined their reputation.

seller should the very least apologise. his reaction is definitely uncalled for. customer is king, he pays the seller his salary.

The seller was wrong not to accord the discounted price given the promo code. TS was immature to end of his email with accusation of a declining customer service and threats. Seller replied hastily. TS responded by publicising a private email exchange.
If the customer has handle the situation in a calmer manner, would events turned out this way?

Regardless of how a customer responds, a seller must always act in a professional and courteous manner. Business is based on reputation. Now that this issue has come to light, their customer base will definitely suffer. Mrnoppy may have not gotten the strap that he wanted, but APBands have lost more.

A screen shot of the email from buyer to seller and seller to buyer will show proof of actual content being transpired. However since it is either type out or copied and paste, there is no concrete evidence to suggest that the message was not edited in any way.
For discussion sake, after reading from post 1 to post 23, to some members it may seem that there is a threat to seller. However, I do not view it as a threat. It is the seller who used the word 'threat', why would seller feel threaten since it was indicated that "You think a threat from you is going to do anything for you?"
Buyer is merely stating what has transpired, buyer may have the intention to some possible scenarios that buyer is entitled to such as complaining to friends about the service. I don't see anything wrong with it. Just like what some of us will do when we encounter good/bad service.
Buyer may be ignorant about the public holidays in other countries, let's be honest. Who knows all the holidays in other countries? I certainly wont bothered if it does not bother me. Does seller know all the holidays in Singapore as well?
By seller indicating that buyer is stupid is uncalled for. it is down right rude. What makes seller think that buyer did not enter promo code? Buyer already stated that unable to enter promo code, as such no code was entered.
Honestly, if buyer registered as a new customer, providing a different credit card will seller know? Indicating that "*you will never be a customer of ours" just show that seller does not think that buyer is capable of registering as a new customer. Is seller going to remove promo for sg-roc members? Let's be honest, there are other strap makers in the market.
The response from seller is CERTAINLY uncalled for. As a business entity, no matter how angry or agitated one is, there is no excuse to respond in such a way.
Seller has to realize that a member here can also be a member in another forum. TS can go to another forum and post bad experience, what seller has to realize sg-roc may be a more localized forum but if TS goes to other international forum and post, the implication can be worse. Seller reputation might be affected.
I urge TS to provide screen shot of outgoing email and incoming seller reply email, otherwise this post can turn against you with seller indicating that buyer is out to smear reputation. I hope that seller will post in this thread in response to TS complain about 'bad' service.
