I was looking to purchase my first high end watch, whilst shopping around one of the AD has offered a higher discount than the standard 20% but said to do so they would have to keep the receipt afterwards. They mentioned that this was standard and common and something they do for their regular customers.
Is this normal practice and what would happen if the watch needed a warranty repair?
