unscrew to adjust the time so that i can wear it and the crown can;t be scrw bck!

already send for repair twice! this is the onli Ball giving em so much problem 3 time same problem

One of my Ball (Cleveland Express) also having the same problem when the watch only a week old, while unscrewing and the whole crown just pull out all the way together with the shaft. Send it to Ball service centre and working perfect till now, 3 years already.
