Hi any bros have experience with a decent watchmaker who can regulate my Tag Heuer?

Just called up Watch Klinik, was quoted $30-40 for all kinds of watches to regulate

to regulate i mean to adjust the watch so that it is more accurate... applies to mechanical watches, as quartz watched shouldn't need to be regulated as they'd be pretty accurate probably +/- 1-3s per month.
