Cartier Watch in HK cheaper?

Will be going HK nxt yr after CNY.

Any ideal if the Cartier watch over there is cheaper as compare to sg?

Rem few yrs back get a pair of Cartier wedd band over there is much cheaper as compare to local boutique...

Pls advise...

Definitely cheaper without tax. And also, get it from authorized retailer shops,not boutique.
