Depends on what you do for a living. IMHO, Datejust is best all around watch. Sub is very versatile but may not fit under shirt cuffs.

Just my two cents worth. It really depends on what job industry you are in.

I personally feel that if you are working in an office environment with a pretty formal dress code maybe considering the following might be great:-
1) Steinhart - Nav B Chrono
2) Omega - Speedmaster
3) Tudor - Heritage Blackbay
4) Omega - Seamaster Pro
