Where is the best place to get BR01-97 Commando version ? i was quoted 8.8k at bell & Ross Mandarin galery.

is this normal not to have discount on those limited edition such as the commando version ?

I saw this piece before at Cortina Raffles City.

I am sure can get some discount.

I saw the commandos pair (big date/power reserve) at Tampines as well (WOS i think) nice but too ex .... discount maybe not as much since it's supposedly a limited edition.

Btw I understand from the sales guy that buying from the showroom at mandarin will get you a 3year warranty as compared to the usual 2years we get from the authorised retailers

That one additional year warranty - not worth it in my opinion.

They are giving around 20% for most models when other AD can give at least 25% - 30%

Yeah i agree additional 1 yr warranty will not justify for not giving discount.
i will look around on other AD as mentioned, hope can get good deal.

I've seen Bell & Ross with big big dials. It fits hunks (or hulks) with thick wrists. Tot they look really like fighter cockpit instruments (reminds me of US Fighter Planes hovering over Viet Cong airspace during Vietnam War... am having memories of my Viet tour...)

I also seen limited edition dials (like blue, orange and etc) around some watch boutiques in Paragon :-)

They do look good. Why not go and have a look, strap it on yr wrist? See if it smiles at u? :-) *wink*

I prefer the simple dial anytime, man :-P

if you look are B&R watches carefully..you will notice that the dial and hands looks abit like sinn 756 etc..because early B&R watches are made by sinn..
