How to tell the age of an IWC model

Dear IWC lovers
Do you have any idea how to tell the age of an IWC model?
Able to trace via serial number? Or something like the first few digit of the serial denotes the manufacturing year?

You can tell it via the serial number. There is a program on the net which can tell you around what year your IWC was manufactured.
