1 of the trader here told me that AP Liat Tower usually take at least 4 days for a watch verification. They don't verify it on the spot? If so, how to get it verified so that can have a ease of mind to purchase from traders?

Try bringing it to TH in Lucky Plaza. They will open up the caseback and show you the movement. They will tell you whether or not it's authentic.
