    http://internationalwatchworks.com/ Jack is widely recommended around the WIS forums including Paneristi. Turnaround time 6-8weeks at least. Or u can try your luck with gnomonwatches, i believe they coat their Dievas watches in germany with PAV-DLC, very high tech, scratch-resistance coating. Not sure if they provide coating services for end users. Word of advice, not all coatings r the same, ask to see a sample be4 u commit.
