Aquatimer chrono which one?

Intending to get an Aquatimer chrono soon but in a dilemma on which to get.

Currently looking at the IW376709 (black and yellow) and IW376711 (blue and white)

Any comments or opinions greatly appreciated.

No diff movement-wise as both are using valjoux I think. The only aqua timer that utilizes an in-house movement is the rose good chrono. Both models you tabled look equally good IMHO.

Yes both AT Im looking at are with the valjoux 7750 movement.

I when to Sincere on sat and tried on the yellow on black AT and the contrast was great but they do not have in stock the white on blue dial model.Was told it is on indent basis upon a confirmed order. It looks good in the picture but still would prefer to try before I make a decision. As such, my requests for opinions on both.

Bro, why don't you check out other AD's and see if they have the blue one and try it on there and return to sincere if they can offer you a better deal? Personally, I usually stick to black or white dials cos these are easier to match my wardrobe, more versatile.

My exact intended plan if i can squeeze some time this week. I am pretty sure Cortina and Sincere do not have the white on blue dial so plan to head for IWC in ION to do a comparison.

I too agree with you on selecting the all time favourite black or white for easier wardrobe matching but the white on blue face just looks too good for me to pass without a side by side try on.
Also thanks for your comment on the wardrobe opinion. din think too much about it till you actually mentioned it.

The blue and white dial looks cool but it just doesn't stand out as well as the black and yellow. No contest for me, black and yellow wins hands down!

I went to the IWC boutique to try both.

The blue and white is for me. Problem is all AD got a 2-3 months lead time on that model.
Guess I have to wait for it since after the trying both, the black and yellow doesn't appeal to me anymore

Guess because this is a new colour. Well just have to wait if you really want this model. Nice model though.

IMO, I prefer the black and yellow. It's similar to AP ROO BumbleBee. I find yellow (or gold) matches well with black. White and blue is nice too, but if I were to choose, I prefer black and yellow.

The AD is now checking for me on the lead time for my choice model. Was told that it could stretch 2.5 months but could be earlier too.

AD has taken deposit and in the end chose the IW376710, AT blue face chrono with bracelet....
Tot to control my budget and get a rubber strap one but resistance is really futile and blew my budget on the bracelet model.... Plus getting the rubber strap to change between....haiz

Now haven even received my AT and I'm ogling at how nice the Yacht club model looks..... This is really poisoneous!!

yeah, i was eyeing on the yacht club when it was first released. that woulda been my secnd white dial watch. but was also distracted by the slate dial. anyways, decided not to get another IWC. anyways, its rather costly. and I've been relegated to the lower divisions. no longer an EPL player....

Worth or not is relative.... But there are some preown pieces around. Maybe you can consider.

Ya as what bro lthg25 said, whether worth getting or not is still your own preference. One man's food is another man's poison.

Personally, the thing that put me off considering the galapagos island edition is the black rubber coating on the stainless steel case. Though it looks nice, I was more concern on how long it will last. Scratches will be easily visible once the coating peels and expose the stainless steel under.
