Date won't change over

Hi Guys,

Need some technical advice regarding my Ball Aviator and Omega PO. I was winding the crown recently due to the lack of wrist time. But for some reason, the date wheel doesn't change after setting it to beyond the 12 midnite mark.

To illustrate:
Suppose the date to be set is 16th
1) Watch stops on 14th
2) Wind up
3) Set date to 15th
4) Set time and scroll pass the midnight mark to set it to the correct date of 16th
5) Date doesn't change over to 16th despite passing the midnight mark.

Is the date wheel damaged? Or gear jammed or something?

is the date stuck between 15 and 16? maybe u should monitor for a while, if in a few mins to a few hours it jump to 16, it is normal bro

Keep turning the time for the hour hand to go over 12 marker.
After 2 times the hour hand pass 12 until 3 pm and still nothing happen,
Need to send for service.

Did you let the hour hand pointing at the lower half of the markers (3-9) before setting the date?
For ETA based movement, turning date with hour hand near 12 can damage it.

believe your watch need service or over haul le..
for ETA 2893-2 manual said: do not adjust date when hour hand is between 0900 to 0300
so from 0400 to 0700 is save......if not will damage parts in it......

Awww... crap.... Barely a year and bought from AD..
