Which shop in SG will do a good job brushing/blasting a polished finish on a watch?

Hi guys, just wondering which shop in SG you would recommend that may do brushing/blasting on a polished watch. i have a skx007 and find it a little too shiny! my incoming christopher ward c60 i might consider doing this as well!

whats the difference between brushing or blasting and how much are the costs like? any personal experiences with how durable they are? (:
