Help to decide- AP T3 Terminator

Hey folks!

Need your advice/ feedback for a T3. My friend owns one and finally agreed he will sell it just for me for around SGD 20K, b/p. Though it's the only one AP that really appealed to me, just want to know if it's a keeper. I don't flip watches BTW.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

I know it's a no brainer deal to let it pass. I saw one in HK two ago ( London Watch Shop ) Tsimsatsui district selling for USD 28K no box, no paper... The shop carries rare Rolex vintages as well as Comex and Milsub.
