hmm, i'm afraid you have to check with the specialist at redarmywatches,lol. I'm still a noob in russian timepiece.
I stand correct on this but it looks like 31681 is a modified(?) of 3133, based on the pics, there's an additional 24hrs sub-dial for the 31681 movt.
